Pathetic delivery services! Do not recommend Dawn Wing!

I orderd curtains in May 2020 from Volpes, paid R3600 and they arranged Dawn Wing as the courier company. Delivery address was provided and parcel was deliverd to an unknown individual. No one accepts responsibility. Parcel is still missing and Dawn Wing is not willing to assist me. I feel this is the responisibilty of Dawn Wing as they delivered the parcel to an unknown person and they can't track the parcel now. I demand my money back or the parcel should be delivered to the provided address given. I would not recommend trusting Dawn Wing with any parcels as they deliver parcels to wrong addresses and take no responsibilty. It is a losing battle..I lost R3600 and curtains are still missing! Pathetic!!
