Pathetic Dawn Wing service

Just pathetic service by the courier company and the staff. I've called and never got through to an agent. I've emailed 4 times and got a response once, then no correspondence after that.

My package has been at their facility for a whole month and just keeps being 'scanned into cage'. It's infant shoes so by the time it's delivered its most probably going to be too small at this rate.

I'm a regular online shopper for close to 10 years and this by far the worst courier courier company!
