Pathetic dawn wing

Dont even use this company they must be the slowest and un helpful company to walk this earth,they take forever to deliver goods and the feedback is pathetic. If they close down soon I will not be surprised. They have been trying to deliver a parcel since 5th January and ist now the 16th January there update on the website just says "We have been notified of your parcel, but we have not taken receipt of your parcel yet" you cannot even call them to find out where the parcel is. imagine if they would take calls there switchboard would crash. STAY AWAY
