Pathetic customer service waiting for a parcel the whole month with not even one attempt to deliver

I have been waiting for my parcel since the 04/12/2023 until now. I've been calling the call center with no Joy. Today I was told that Bongiwe will call me back and that has not happened, My ref IG***
