Pathetic customer service Dawn Wing

Terrible customer service. I have been waiting for my package since the 30th of November. Each time the driver says he has tried to phone which till this day he hasn't. When I phone the call center you wait for about 40 minutes to get through then when they answer they either tell a person your package will be delivered to next day or even better they say they will put you through to a controller then put the phone down in your ear. And the icing on the cake is when you ask them to please contact their driver, they tell you they don't have it. What a pathetic excuse of a courier company. Would not recommend using them ever.
