Pathetic customer service and a bunch or *****

One of the worst delivery services I have ever dealt with. My package that I ordered was scheduled for delivery today. Their tracking service said my package was on its way. After emailing them to find out where they were I got no feedback. They then phoned me and told me my package would be delivered to my doorstep just after 4 but still nothing. Their customer service sucks and they are a bunch or *****. I don’t mind if their is a delay but make the customer aware. Let them know. I cannot stand when a company lies to me. I had to waste a whole day waiting on them. Customer service is pathetic. I am absolutely disgusted and disappointed in this company.
