Pathetic Customer Service

I received a message from Dawn Wing to inform me my urgent parcel would be delivered before 18:30 today. I’ve waited at home all day only to receive a message At 17:24 to inform me that my parcel woulD not be delivered today as I was not available and I must call ***. I’ve called this number only to have someone hang up on me all the time. Pathetic service!!!!!!
