Pathetic customer service

I placed an order with the Foschini group on the 11th of December and was awaiting my order with Dawn Wing couriers. I had a guy by the name of Thami calls me at 3pm and tells me he is at my place of work to deliver the parcel. Our company closed off dor the holidays yesterday so i called Dawn Wing and asked them to reroute my parcel to my home address and they assured me it will be delivered today.... as expected, i never got the parcel and i al leaving on holiday tomorrow. Very disappointed and highly annoyed with this pathetic company!!!!
