Pathetic customer care

It seems dawn wing agents have gone AWOL from the start of December 2019...I cannot reach any agents and I urgently needed assistance with a few orders. On the 29th November an order was placed and I needed to change the address, this was done and confirmed using their online chat system as nobody would take my calls, however it is now the 19th and I have just received news that the order was delivered to someone else!!!

I am now awaiting an order which needs to be delivered by the 20th as our company closes and I am still unable to reach an agent! It becomes so stressful as I am a distributor and will now need to explain to clients that their orders haven't come and provide refunds? This is just so pathetic and disappointing!
