PATHETIC COURIER

<p>We have been using Dawn Wing Couriers for a while, have slight hickuo is the past, but not as the last 2 times.</p> <p>twice I asked for a Overnight Delivery and only receive my Parcel in 4 days time.</p> <p>The last instance, I phoned for a collection and do a OVER NIGHT delivery and the lady Hannetjie asked me to email me the details, where to collect etc. and she rep****. that was on Tuesday, so over night to my knowledge the parcel whould be here on Wednesday, Wednesday comes, I phoned she said they use a third party to collect, and the collections route was done on Tuesday, so the pick it up on Wednesday, again over night means to me I would receive it on Thursday, this morning I phoned again, and asked she said they do not have the parcel Yet, We would get it on Friday! PATHETIC!!!!!! 4 Days delivery for a Overnight?</p> <p>Please lookout, if you do need a prompt and good Couriers Services, Do Not ues DAWN WING!!</p> <p> </p>
