Pathetic Company
I had a package that needed to be collected. I have been calling Dawn Wing non stop trying to get an answer and each time I am being transferred between lines that don't pick up. I spoke to a call centre agent named Natalie who was apathetic and purposely gave me a dead number. Wonderful. What a pathetic excuse for a company.

07 Jan 2020, 15:22Eventually I spoke to Kuben who arranged for a pick-up. An agent picked up on 20th December 2019 and did not leave any waybill details etc, Now in January, I have contacted Estee Lauder who confirm that they did not receive the package. I called in Dawn Wing and spoke to Blaine who spoke to the agent who handled the package on the 20th December – he confirmed that he picked up the item but did not leave any waybill details because he did not have any stationery on him, Blaine has said that he will transfer my query to Denver and I have yet to receive any resolution, Right from the beginning, Dawn Wing has been incredibly unprofessional and have turned a simple task into a month long fiasco
