Pathetic company Dawn Wing. Dont use them never

Dawn Wing is a pathetic company with *********** management and staff. My wife needed medicine from Jhb. The Jhb company send asap over the weekend. Dawn Wing acknowledged it on Tuesday. After 2 weeks the medicine is still deliver. They phone but don't deliver the parcel. My wife need it urgently because she has tongue cancer. When we phone they say it's in the cage in Cape Town but it's not coming to us.
