pathetic!

I have been waiting since Thursday last week for my delivery and it has failed to be delivered since. Every time I phone the call centre and they verify its out for delivery, but I never receive it! When I go into the tracking it says contact not available! I have phoned the call centre 3 times to verify my contact details, I work from home therefore I am waiting for the call, I have not missed it, but I can guarantee if you check the courier records they have not tried to contact me once!

This is the most frustrating delivery ever!!! I’m waiting on stock for my business, I have clients waiting and now have to explain to them how I still don’t have the stock after it was expected last week Thursday! This is honestly ridiculous, how on earth do they not make the delivery 3 days in a row and use the excuse that “contact not available” when they didn’t even try contact me! I would know cause I was waiting! And I even triple checked with the call centre that the contact number is correct! They deliver here almost every week; this is honestly pathetic!
