Pathetic and disgusting Service by Dawn Wing

They shedule to deliver my parcel after 18h00, while I was at home whole day till 16h30, heading for work. Driver comes with a rush after 17h00, spends less than a minute at my door, next door neighbour went out same time to fetch the parcel. Driver long time gone. I email today, parcel will be delivered tomorrow as it was placed in some cage as if it's gonna escape. Bad service indeed. Pity I never chose this courier, as I bought items at Cotton On.
