Pathetic

My usual courier company contracted Dawn Wing to collect a very urgent document from our offices in Pretoria and deliver to the Provincial Treasury in Cape Town. They couldn't even find the street never mind the building. The contact at Dawn Wing (Elridge) then **** to me on the phone about various phone calls to the recipient. The end result is that the overnight express delivery that should have been delivered on Friday will only now be delivered on Monday. Surely in this day and age of GPS and Google Maps it cannot be difficult to find an address. This is not my first run in with this company and I have instructed my couriers NEVER to use Dawn Wing again for any of our business.
