PATHETHIC UNRELIABLE AND *********** COURIER SERVICE

This is by far the most pathetic and *********** courier company that you can get!!!! I dont know how Retailers like Cape Union Mart can even use them as the courier for all their deliveries to customers ... My delivery was scheduled for 06/04/2022 - Did not receive it. Today the delivery went out to the WRONG address and yet again i did not receive my parcel... They are a bunch of ***** , the driver says he contacted me , not once did i receive a call from him and when you contact the call centre they also dont know what to tell you. I was waiting for the Ranburg DEPO to call me urgently, i am still waiting....
