Patheic service received

pathetic service received - I called dawn wing this morning informing them that I will be available at 13h00 at the delivery address - driver gets to the delivery address at just after 12h00 - delivery was not made

I called I spoke to Mandisa who i assume is a call centre agent - not of any assistances at all,

I chatted to Casian - online chat - also of no assistances - should not ask my questions that were asked

I would never make use of Dawn wing or refer Dawn wing to anyone at all

the service level is so poor its shocking that they actually have clients that make use of them.
