Pass the buck Dawn Wing

Deliver parcels that are not labeled. Then maintain that this is not theirDawn wings problem but rather it is the senders problem. I am confounded. They deliver a parcel. It is wrapped in a Dawn Wing packet but has no label. Dawn Wing dont even know which parcel it is. How can they say it is the senders problem. The parcel is wrapped by Dawn Wing not by someone else. this is Dawn Wings Responsibility.
