parcels sent out 31st went missing then showed up

parcel sent out 31st march to a customer was lost by your kzn branch my buyer put in a complaint on bid or buy and I get blamed I contacted sueanne who came through today and trys to tell my I didn't post it out on the 31st but on the week later ??? I think someone thinks I am stupid as bothmyself and my dad check each lot of parcels that go out each week and that parcel went out on the 31st but someone is trying to cover up for someones muck up at the depot and wont admit it went out late and that it was lost for a week or so. I give up on you as there have been various mistakes over the past and I am supposed to get accounts each week this year I waited nine weeks for an account and when I get it I get a massive account that I am still trying to play catch up with, I have told sueanne you can close my account I am now going elsewhere, too many mistakes and muck ups cant understand how you can be called number one for eight years with all these hassles
