Parcels not delivered

Yet another disappointment with Dawn Wing couriers...I have 3 orders that are piling up dust with them and cannot manage to get a hold of them. The parcels have been stuck in the same area, they do not update their system,they do not answer their calls nor do they answer their emails! Their Facebook page is full of comments from so many people all complaining about this terrible service and not even a single reply from the company! This is the type of service that will male one hate such service providers...Dawn Wing you are a disappointment really! This is really apalling!
