Parcel still not received

I received poor customer service from Dawnwing, my parcel was supposed to be delivered on the 04/06/2020 the driver took my parcel to a wrong delivery address and refused to deliver to the correct address, I called the contact center hoping I would get help, the agent was very rude on the phone Nosihle I then escalated to her supervisor Norman who **** through his teeth about the whereabouts of my parcel. I still have not received my parcel en I'm really not happy with the service I am getting, Herbalife should not be working with Dawnwing they do not know what customer service is
