Parcel still not delivered in 2 weeks. Driver has not called even though she promised to call yesterday

I have not received my parcel in over a week. The parcel was sent from DawnWings offices on 27/04/2020, till today I still have not received the parcel. The whole of last week I received messages stating the driver will be delivering the parcel. Only on Monday (11/05/2020) the driver contacted me saying she's outside my yard. I then discovered that she's about 15km away from my home and when I explained exacly where I stay, she asked me to meet up with her to collect the parcel. I told her that I am working from home and have online meetings, she then told me she will deliver the following day, i.e. Tuesday 12/05/2020. Since then, no call, no SMS, nothing from this lady. It's highly frustrating to be waiting for a parcel and I am sure the company does not care about delivering exceptional customer service. Interestingly I ordered something from TakeaLot on Monday 04/05/2020 and it was delivered by Wednesday 06/05/2020 even though they had communicated parcel will be delivered on Friday, 08/05 - and that's exceptional customer service.
