Parcel sent in early December still not delivered.

A certificate sent to me in Johannesburg from Cape Town at the beginning of December has still not been delivered to me. Tracing my delivery on the website reveals that there has been \no time"on the days that it was dispatched from the depot. Despite speaking to Dawn Wing's call centre daily"
