Parcel re-addressed and delivered to Klerksdorp instead of Durban

They have re-addressed my parcel and delivered it to someone else in Klerksdorp in stead of Durban, and they do not respond to my queries. Everytime I call, I am promised that they will get back to me with information. Original waybill no DWL***. New waybill number DWL***WRB. It's only a book, but what do you do with such incompetence.
