Parcel out for delivery for 4 days

I've received the most appalling treatment from Dawn Wing. First, they have failed to deliver my parcel on time and when I call their call centre I am received by a lady called Fedilia Cry who sounded drunk and kept on laughing every time I explained my situation on the delay of the delivery. She kept on calling me darling and sweetheart, smothering me and not taking my request for service serious. <br> <br> The person responsible for the delivery has subsequently updated that I am not available which is incorrect because I have been at the delivery address since this morning and have not left. <br> <br> I need my parcel urgently today.
