Parcel not delivered when it's supposed to be delivered
My parcel has been out on delivery the whole day and now I am receiving a message that my parcel couldn't be delivered after I have call around 17:00. I have been at home the whole day waiting on this delivery. This highly ********* and poor customer services. I am beyond upset and no amount of apologies will make me feel better.

I took it upon myself to call your 010 number at 17:00 and was told you deliver till 18:30. At 18:59 I receive a message "delivery could not be schedule" contact not available. Can your agents stop with the lies!!! I have been calling since 8am this morning and haven't been able to speak to anyone. Poor and disgusting service!
