Parcel not delivered... I wasn’t available even though I was home ?
Hi there! Imagine my suprise when I received an sms at18h00 on Friday telling me that my parcel from want it all couldn’t be delivered as I wasn’t available ????? Considering I was home ALL day and that there is a 24/7 presence at our boom so there is always someone to leave the parcel with I am now confused! No one phoned me from dawn wing to ask for directions ... just an sms telling me it is my fault you couldn’t deliver. Which is totally untrue.
