Parcel not delivered

It has been over a month, I have been waiting for my parcel to be delivered, I have been calling DAWNWING for over 2 weeks to track my parcel but no one gave me direct answers, they told me my parcel was handed over to the Doornkop branch to be delivered to me, I have been calling that branch but no one is picking up, they informed me that an email was sent to them to enquire about my parcel. I called yesterday again the lady assisting me told me my parcel was scheduled for delivery yesterday, she can't track it using their website, she took my numbers saying she will call me back after finding out what happened to my parcel, she didn't call me back. I don't know what else should I do to get my parcel delivered.
