Parcel not delivered as promised

Dawn Wing sent me a SMS to say that my parcel would be be couriered and when I tracked the parcel hours later, it said that I had changed the delivery address (which is untrue). I phoned them and the consultant said the parcel would be delivered within an hour. It has been hours now and nothing. It would have been best to request to deliver it tomorrow instead of making promises they cannot. An entire day was spent waiting for this parcel and now I need to wait again. Dawn Wing really are the worst and I don't even know why businesses use this services.
