Parcel not delivered

Dawn wing has such bad customer service. I received a message that my parcel from the Buchanan group was to be delivered on Monday after noticing the incorrect address I immediately called in to let them know of the discrepancy.The very lady I spoke to in the am called me to verify my details again and said she is giving the driver my details. Up until today no parcel and I'm sure it was delivered as they just give the parcel to whoever is willing to sign.
