Parcel not delivered

I am soo annoyed with this company. Today is my fiance's birthday and I sent a gift through them using express delivery and the parcel has not been delivered yet. I called them at 15:06 and I was told that the shipment arrived late in durban and I wonder how is that my problem and I dont understand why this is only communicated after I took my time and funds to make an enquiry with them. I wouldn't have used this service if i didnt need my fiance to get his gift today! Now the birthday wont be the same more esp because I am in jhb at the moment! WHAT a ****PY service!
