Parcel not delivered.

<p>We have ordered a parcel from a company selling disney books, so a consultant from Dawn wing phoned on Friday the 20st of January 2017 his name was Donovan and hw phoned from number ********** 541. He asked if we will be at home the Saturday the 21st of January 2017 because we need to get out parcel and they want to deliver it.</p> <p> </p> <p>We had plans for Saturday but had to move the plans around so that we were here at home to receive the parcel. The parcel was by 1pm still not delivered so I have phoned them and gave all my wifes details as her details is registered on the parcel, the consultant said that there is no deliveries for this area outstanding for the day but he is sure it will be deliver today (Monday).</p> <p> </p> <p>I have then phoned the call centre today again as nothing was delivered and the call centre agent said that i need a tracking number as they can only tract a parcel with a tracking number,.so i have phoned the company sending the parcel and they gave me a tracking number, i then phoned Dawn wing again and the consultant said that the parcel was scheduled for delivery on the past Saturday and they do not know now where the parcel is but she will send the query to Brenda the queries agent and she will let me know where my parcel is and when will it be delivered.</p> <p> </p> <p>You need to see that my parcel will be delivered by no later than Tuesday the 24th of January 2017 at the address on the parcel as i need the books asap and it was suppose to be delivered on Saturday already.
