Parcel not being delivered

For four days now I have received messages saying that my parcel is out for delivery. For four days I have not received my parcel. This is unacceptable. I cannot even get through to Dawn Wing on the phone... it states that you are number x in the queue, and when you finally get to the front of the queue you get cut off. Beyond frustrated!
