Parcel never reached me

I find this courier company very unprofessional,I received a massage from them on Wednesday morning that my parcel is out for delivery,I waited and waited till it was 17:59 when I checked my status it said parcel received by clorei c.Mind you I don’t know anyone by the name of clorei c.Why wasn't I contacted? Wasn't i the one who was supposed to state whether i wanted my parcel handed over to another person? There was totally no communication from the delivery man.like how other courier company's do ,they call you before they come and deliver, they ask if your available at the adress you've given.ive been waiting for them to contact me after sending multiple emails to them.Whenever I comment on Facebook, asking what protocols do they follow when making deliveries ,they remove my comments.I don't mean to be rude but I'm dissatisfied and disgusted.
