Parcel never delivered

<p>From the 12th of December i have been talking to Casian Mlimo for Dawn Wing about my parcel which was not delivered but i dont have an answe r even now. The parcel came from Cape Town on a Friday, Saturdays I am not working so the driver came to my work place to deliver and i dont know what happened to the parcel. I have asked few people to investigate including Lizel who is the Customer Service Manager who has not come back to me with a positive answer.</p>
