Parcel missing

I ordered from shein and D Laser was used to courier my parcel. They sent me a message that my parcel is out of delivery and I waited the entire day and my parcel did not arrive. It was supposed to be delivered at my work place which closes at 16:30. Today this morning I received a message that my parcel was successfully delivered to my self at 18:18 of which it was not delivered. I went to the security that was on duty and they did not receive any parcel. I contacted DPD laser this morning and they told me they will investigate, the do not have contact details of the driver that was delivering my parcel. I am going to use all the items that were in that order tomorrow and they are saying the investigation will take 48 hours.

I am so disappointed and their customer service is not assisting either
