Parcel delivered to wrong person without informing me

I had my parcel that was supposed to be delivered to me today, Friday 21 January 2022 at my work address. The driver delivered the parcel to another person without contacting me. When I called to follow-up (from around 14:00), the call center kept on telling me that they will send an email to the Manager to get it sorted out. I was even told to call back in 15 minutes if I don’t receive a call from the call center supervisor which I did but still no feedback about my parcel. I needed to use this the following day as I had a race but unfortunately it seems like my parcel is lost. Such unprofessional behavior honestly is honestly that I received and on top of it all now There is no where where I can find replacement for tomorrow for the items that I had ordered.
