Parcel delivered but not delivered

I bought a folding door from Game online. The transaction went smoothly and Game actually organised the delivery before the estimated time. The big mistake they made was to use Dawn Wing for delivery. According to Dawn Wings tracking they delivered the door and I supposedly sign for it but I never received the delivery. For Two days now I am trying to find out what happened to the door worth more than a R1000. Nothing, they are completely useless.
