Package Never Arrived

I am really upset by the total lack of service from Dawn Wing Couriers! My package didnt arrive and I tried to get hold of them to find out why, no body could give me answers, and kept telling me they'd phone back. They never did. I phoned no less than 20 times and was put on hold or transferred, but still no answers. My son now has to go to school with handwritten labels, as the fancy printed ones I spent a fortune on never arrived in time for the first day of school. No answers, rude responses, absolutely disgusting. They dont have power apparently, so they just stop delivering parcels!!!<br>
