Package is not being delivered

Few problems: 1. My package is not being delivered. 2. Cannot get a hold of DPD Laser (Dawn Wing) in Welkom.

I got a message on Saturday saying that my package was out for delivery, but I had to postpone it since I was not able to receive it on Saturday.

Come Monday, I go on DPD Laser's (Dawn Wing's) website to track my package. It merely said, "Put on floor". I decided to wait.

This morning I get a message saying that the package is out for delivery. Come half past 4, and I haven't received anything. I go online to track the package again but is met with the message that they again were not able to sucessfully deliver the package. Already at 13:48. Which is strange, since I have been at home all day since I am on maternity leave. No call was made or anything to contact me. So my question is why am I unable to receive my package? I paid for it, but it seems impossible to get it. I cannot reach them in any way since their phones do not work nor is the address correct to physically go to them.

If something happened to the package while on route, either it being lost or broken in some way, I would like to know instead of them just saying that they were unsuccessful in trying to deliver the package.

This is unacceptable.
