Overseas parcel not delivered

I paid (customs) for my parcel on the 23rd November 2018 and signed and sent back a signed document on the 24th November and still haven’t received my parcel and I need the parcel to wear the clothes to an occasion this weekend. My reference Number: ********** 8765
