Overpriced, late deliveries, and terrible service.

They are one of the worst couriers to exist. Not only are their drivers some of the most consistently rude people that I have ever encountered, but they have this super annoying feature of notifications that texts you every day for like a week saying that your parcel is ready and out of delivery, but then... nothing. They do not deliver it. They tell you that it is out for delivery and to expect it before 5pm, but they do not deliver. Eventually, I have to get in contact with someone who ONLY THEN tells me that it will be delivered today, and it is. I think that they are just lazy (as per the usual) and do not like to ship to estates because it is more effort than individual residences since they are searched at the gate. What a trashy, overpriced courier company.
