Overdue package and unresponsive customer care.

It is Saturday 04 July. I have had a package in transit to me since Monday 29th. I can view the tracking and it is being returned to Dawn Wing everyday without reaching me. To top it off no one has tried to contact me during this time. I tried to call their line but wasted R50 airtime waiting for someone to pick up after following the prompts. I ended up sending an email with my issue and asked someone to contact me urgently. The reply via email I got was "your package is out for delivery". To my "surprise" my package again never made it to me. Did someone contact me urgently as requested? No, they did not... Will my package ever arrive? Your guess is as good as mine! I would not recommend this service to anyone who is wanting good customer care services and on time delivery services. Rather opt for Aramex or DHL.
