Over charging and no response - *******

Overcharged me on 3 invoices - for one of the invoices, two t-shirts were sent to JHB and I was charged R417?! The other invoices Takealot rates were not charged. I have sent numerous emails and phoned multiple times but they are ignoring me. Complete *******, if there was zero stars I would select that! Having just started a micro business, they have completely wiped my available funds!
