I take my hat off to your employee Noeleen. I called her for assistance regarding me order from loot.co.za. Loot advised me that feedback could only be provided in the next 24 to 48 hours even though I expressed my urgency of my order of text books.

Noeleen had the patience to listen to me, understand my needs and actually Resolve my issue.

This lady advised my that I would receive my goods yesterday and indeed I did.

What exceptional service from your staff whom takes customer service to a new league Even the driver was such a pleasant person and he even apologized when I told him the order was delayed. Dawn you are definitely doing something right
