Outstanding customer service

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Devan from dawn wing in the Durban sector, and I have to commend him in his outstanding customer service it's been my first time experiencing such outstanding service from a courier service and I deal with a few. He was polite, understanding, so accommodating and overall just a very wonderful person to deal with especially during the festive season where there is such a rush and people tend to be so rude, his level of service was beyond excellent and Dawn wing will always be my first choice because of his help.
