One way communication and absolute incompetence.

I actually don't even want to give them one star since they don't deserve it. I stay at a school so my address is a bit tricky. But for all other courier companies it is not a problem. This company is just uncontactable. They send out smsses to let you know they are 3 minutes away and you can see them delivering to some random person in the school, but there is no way to contact them. Also I tried with no success to contact this company from the moment the package was allocated for delivery. Communication is absolutely a one way street with them. The closest they ever got to delivery to my house was a block away and I had to run after the truck since I have no way of phoning the driver. On my way back to my house I was ****** so thanks for that also Dawn Wing. I can't believe that you are actually still in business. So I can't order from Cotton On's online shop, or Runway Sales because they all make use of your *********** service.
