One month later and still no parcel

I cant believe its gotten to the point where in one month my parcel still hasnt been delivered. I sent a parcel from the UK that has now been stuck in customs since 5 February.

I have sent the relevant letter to Dawn Wing and DPD stating that the item sent is only about R200 in value. It being a small car part that was given to me by a friend in the UK. Ive sent this letter to them over 10 times now and no one is responding or assisting me with clearence.

Please could someone contact me in order to get this sorted out.
