Ordered a parcel from another company, they decided to use dawn wing for delivery. Dawn wing did not follow delivery instructions and now my parcels were delivered at the wrong address. Phone me head quarters in JHB, they do pick up and log your complaints to the Cape Town branch..but try getting hold of the Cape Town branch to follow up - they don’t answer, put you on hold or simply just pick up and drop the phone. I do not appreciate this type of service. If I could give the Cape Town branch 0 ⭐️ then I would. Not a happy customer
