Not waiting for delivery to be received

I have been waiting for my MRP Delivery, Delivery number *** from Dawn Wing couriers to deliver my parcel and at first I received an SMS with a link to request what the driver should do when he is near my residence and I answered on the link that he should call me. when the driver arrived at my residence I got an sms that he is there to deliver my parcel and at that stage I was not at home that is why I requested the driver to phone me he only waits 5 minutes then he leaves. I know I have fault in the matter but if he phoned me I would have had my parcel by now. I also requested to change the delivery date as it is not possible for me to receive the parcel at the address I originally provided but the address remains the same on the website/link
